MusicianMatch.com BETA launch and Musician Contest for $500
Hey everyone,
At its core, Musicianmatch.com will provide the needed tools to match musicians, professional recording artists, indie artists, and hobbyists from all over the globe by giving them a social space to collaborate on songs, audition potential band mates, and make music (or Virtual Music) together.
Users will register and create a Free member profilewith all of their uploaded information and medias – photos, videos, MP3‘s, multimedia slideshows, song lyrics, demographic data, etc.
MusicianMatch.com will be a social space that utilizes Virtual Projects coupled with high content driven profiles as an audition platform to help build local, national, and virtual bands – one musician at a time.

Introduction
Hello everyone. This first post is to explain who I am , what I am doing here, and what to expect.
- Lets cut to the chase, I am a wanna be musician who at age 38, aint gonna make it. That is OK, life is good. I have been playing guitar for a while and been in and out of “garage bands that never left the garage”. My chance is over, but, I still want to be around music and musicians, so I decided to create a website, http://www.musicianmatch.com/, with some fellow musicians from California to provide musicians a global, social platform to discover and audition each other, share and create music, and ultimately, build bands.
- why am I here? I want to learn from others, share thoughts, talk about building bands in the modern era, and showcase some of the talent on MusicianMatch.com as a thank you to my loyal members.
- I plan on posting at least weekly with thoughts and with a profile of one of my members. Comments are always welcome.

I love music. After playing in a few garage bands that “never really left the garage”, I decided to devote my time to creating a social networking website that will provide musicians a global, social platform to discover and audition each other, share and create music, and ultimately, build bands.
